Job summary

Chick-fil-A Dubuque is seeking a Catering Director to lead and grow our catering business, focusing on exceptional experiences, community partnerships, and new opportunities. You will drive orders from inquiry to delivery and lead a team in delivering Chick-fil-A hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's catering program and own the strategy and systems within it to increase sales and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations such as schools, businesses, churches, and other potential leads.
• Proactively identify and pursue new catering opportunities through phone calls, emails, visits, networking events, and community engagement.
• Coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry through execution, delivery, and completion according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Work side by side with the restaurant leadership and team members to ensure catering orders are executed successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of catering leads, sales, customer relationships, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor catering sales and performance and develop plans to achieve established goals.
• Demonstrate and promote Chick-fil-A's Core Values and commitment to serving others.
• Working on the floor alongside the team as needed.
