Position Summary

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate order processing, exceptional customer service, and seamless execution of delivery and workplace dining orders. This role acts as the liaison between clients, sales, and operations, ensuring high standards and contributing to the company's financial success. The role also involves supporting sales goals and maintaining individual revenue targets.

Essential Functions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process catering and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Create customized proposals, considering staffing, equipment, and dietary needs.
  • Manage order modifications, special requests, and last-minute changes.
  • Support sales by assisting in reaching financial goals and tracking revenue contributions.
  • Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure order execution.
  • Generate billing packs and ensure proper documentation of client accounts.
  • Work with sales specialists to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry with success in sales roles.
  • Basic knowledge of catering and event operations.
  • Interest in food, menus, and event development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in catering management software preferred.
  • Experience with corporate or high-volume clients is a plus.
  • Understanding of sales performance and revenue impact.
Additional Information

Physical demands include talking, hearing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working more than 40 hours when needed. The work environment combines office and restaurant conditions. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more.
