Job summary

Schedule varies weekly with event needs; flexibility essential. Requires high school diploma or 2+ years in food service; PA driver license; ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2+ years of food service experience required.
• Valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders to campus locations.
• Load, transport, unload, and organize food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Set up buffet lines and beverage stations according to catering specifications.
• Verify order accuracy before delivery and at setup.
• Maintain food quality and safe handling during transport and service.
• Provide courteous customer service to faculty, staff, students, alumni, and guests.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Operate campus delivery vehicles safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment.
• Communicate delivery schedules and special requests to supervisors.
• Follow university policies and food safety standards.
• Support other Dining Services operations as assigned.
