Job summary

Legends is seeking a Culinary Supervisor for SoFi Stadium to coordinate day-to-day operations of the Concessions kitchens under the Catering Chef. You will oversee prep, stock rotation, and timely production of menu items for events.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in fast-paced high-end clubs or restaurants, culinary training, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work long hours.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Experience with food prep, safety, inventory and service standards.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Concessions kitchens.
• Set up and prepare all food items; manage stock rotation.
• Input daily event sheets and daily reports.
• Lead a team to meet company standards and safety guidelines.
