Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Culinary Supervisor for catering operations in California. You will coordinate day-to-day Concessions kitchen activities under the Catering Chef, ensure food prep, inventory, safety, and adherence to standards during events.

The role requires culinary training or fast-paced hospitality experience, strong English, and the ability to lift/light objects while supporting high-end guest service across venue events.

Qualifications

• Professional training through a culinary education or work in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare all food items; opening/closing duties; stock replenishment and rotation per Concessions Chef.
• Set up non-food items for shift; maintain sanitation; work in a professional, safe, efficient manner.
• Input daily event sheets and daily reports.
• Produce menu items timely and per company standards.
• Follow directions precisely; maintain work area and proper food storage; opening/closing duties.
• Adhere to company guidelines and guest expectations; work as a team with other service departments.
