Job summary

Legends, Inglewood, CA, is seeking a Culinary Supervisor for Concessions at SoFi Stadium to coordinate day-to-day operations of the Concessions kitchens and ensure quality during events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Culinary education or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Two to three years in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Concessions kitchens.
• Set up and prepare all food items and manage stock rotation.
• Input daily event sheets and reports.
• Produce menu items in a timely, standard-compliant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage; follow guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and other arena departments.
• Work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, and weekends.
