Legends Global is seeking a Culinary Supervisor for the Suites kitchens in Inglewood. You will report to the Suites Chef and coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations, including food prep, stock rotation, and event-day sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Suites kitchens.
• Set up and prepare all food items; opening/closing duties; rotate stock as directed.
• Input daily event sheets and reports; produce menu items per company standards.
• Follow directions precisely; maintain work area and proper food storage; opening/closing duties.
• Adhere to company guidelines and exceed guest expectations; work as a team with other departments.
