Job summary

maman is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support day-to-day catering operations and work closely with the Executive Catering & Event Chef and Senior Regional Catering Manager. This role coordinates catering orders, maintains strong client relationships, communicates with store teams, and ensures every experience reflects maman’s standards for quality, service, and brand identity.

Qualifications

• 2 years catering coordination experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and platforms.
• Experience with third-party delivery and catering platforms; Tripleseat is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hospitality, events, food service, or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering orders from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with managing and processing Lunchbox catering orders daily, from initial request through completion.
• Support with orders outside Lunchbox and maintain strong client relationships for a welcoming, service‑oriented experience.
• Review orders for quantities, timing, delivery/pickup locations, and special requests.
• Support in-store catering platforms and ensure accurate communication with the store team.
• Post in-store catering sales to the POS in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current menus and seasonal changes to execute orders on schedule.
• Assist with additional catering-related duties and operational support as needed.
