Hy-Vee is seeking a Catering Clerk to coordinate and deliver catering orders, work with the Catering Manager, and ensure friendly, efficient customer interactions at events and in-store settings.

The role emphasizes timely delivery, proper food handling, and teamwork. Training is provided, and you will be on a fast-paced retail-catering environment, supporting customers during busy service periods.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Server experience is a plus; we will provide the training you need to succeed.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service, greet customers with a smile and learn their names.
• Deliver catering orders promptly and collect payment, returning it to the store.
• Collect all delivery items from departments and deliver them per invoice.
• Handle food safely with proper temperature logs and freshness checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist in coordinating and executing catering events with the team.
