Hy-Vee is seeking a Catering Clerk to coordinate and deliver catering orders, work with the Catering Manager, and ensure friendly, efficient customer interactions. If you enjoy staying on the move and delivering great service, this role could be a fit.

You will provide prompt customer service, assist in other areas as needed, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards while supporting a team that makes events run smoothly.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Server experience is a plus; we will provide the training you need to succeed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Deliver catering orders promptly and collect payment.
• Handle delivery items from the corresponding departments and ensure proper delivery.
• Maintain sanitation and keep work area clean throughout shift.
• Assist in other store areas as needed and take on special projects.
