Schedule: Weekends + Peak Seasons (June, September)
Compensation: $13–$15/hour + tips (total hourly rate averages $18–$20/hour)
Experience: Catering, event planning, or hospitality experience is a plus – training provided!

Role Overview:
As a Catering Coordinator, you’ll be the communication hub between our kitchen staff and sales team, helping us pull off everything from small private dinners to large-scale events. This role is ideal for someone who loves a good plan, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys both behind-the-scenes prep and occasional customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate catering schedules, staffing, and vehicle assignments
- Communicate with the Catering Sales Director and kitchen staff to ensure smooth event execution
- Develop food prep and oven plans for events
- Train and support new catering leads
- Maintain accurate records and event documentation
- Respond to new leads and customer messages (especially when sales staff is unavailable)
- Create plans to stay ahead of the rush during peak seasons
- Join regular planning meetings with the Catering Sales Director and General Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear communication – written and verbal
- Able to work weekends and peak event times
- Comfortable leading others and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with catering, hospitality, or events is a plus (but not required)
- Familiarity with software like Tripleseat is a bonus
