What You’ll Do:

As a Catering Coordinator at Sodexo, you will be process-focused and detail-oriented. Your dedication to details and helping others will make a meaningful impact. You will serve as a point of contact for events such as catering, reservations, bookings, and other services, utilizing your excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
• Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown, and on-site problem resolution.
• Assist in daily project coordination, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements.
