Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club are seeking a Catering & Conference Services Manager to support catering, conference services, social events, and group functions across our oceanfront resort properties. You’ll sell, plan, and execute events while serving as the main client contact throughout planning.

Requirements include a college degree in Hospitality Management or related field and at least two years of catering or related experience; strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of catering, conference services, event planning, hospitality sales, or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Sell, coordinate, and execute catering events, social functions, corporate meetings, and group programs from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact; provide timely communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare BEOs and event documentation; communicate details to operating departments.
• Coordinate menus, beverages, rentals, timing, and vendor requirements; meet deadlines.
