Candidates must be able to work varied day/night and weekend shifts, arrive on time, wear proper uniform, and participate in required training. The role supports conference and catering operations, handling inquiries, typing letters, and coordinating events across departments. Responsibilities

• Answer telephone with proper etiquette and screen calls.
• Take accurate, detailed messages and relay phone calls.
• Ensure information for each group is sent to the correct department on schedule.
• Complete assigned projects promptly and accurately.
• Be knowledgeable in finalizing programs and food functions.
• Assist office visitors and walk-ins.
• Type correspondence such as inquiry confirmations and banquet orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Coordinators or Catering Director.
