Responsibilities

• Execute local marketing initiatives to drive dine-in, takeout, online ordering, catering, and promotions.
• Coordinate and staff catering and private dining events with restaurant teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, clubs, and community groups.
• Represent the restaurant at community events and promotional activities.
• Support staff in planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events; ensure guest satisfaction.
