Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Prospect for catering opportunities through in-person visits, calls, and networking.
• Represent the restaurant at community events and promotional activities.
• Execute local marketing initiatives to drive dine-in, takeout, catering, and events.
• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of catering events.
• Coordinate event details with management and staff and ensure staff training as needed.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and event results.
