• 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts, hospitality/catering preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue bills/invoices for catering orders and services.
• Maintain daily records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation of payments.
• Manage cash/online transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Handle client queries related to billing and payments.
• Maintain billing software/system and timely data entry.
• Support in preparing MIS reports and statements.
