Job summary

Blue Heron Pines Golf Club is seeking a catering server to help create memorable experiences at weddings and corporate events. You will set up buffets, greet guests, pass appetizers, and deliver plated meals with a focus on impeccable service.

Applicants should understand fine and casual dining, be of legal age to serve alcohol, and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. The role offers daytime shifts, employee meals, and staff discounts within our country club atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, silverware, glassware, and buffets before events
• Greet guests, serve and pass appetizers, and deliver plated meals or manage buffet lines
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Keep dining areas and workstations cleaned, sanitized, and organized
• Assist with setup and cleanup procedures as assigned
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage items served daily
• Perform other duties as required
