Administrative Operations: Process payments, generate invoices, track budgets, and manage the event calendar.

Event Planning: Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and distribute them to culinary and service teams.

Experience: 1-2 years in catering, hospitality, or event administrative roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) and Catering Software (Delphi, Salesforce, AS400).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for clear interaction with clients and internal staff.

Organization: Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and solve problems under pressure.
