Overview: Come join Team Atlantis! The Steakhouse is currently accepting applications for Food Server. Responsibilities will include; performing table maintenance, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests according to Atlantis' and Forbes standards.

Job Responsibilities**

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with expert knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including daily specials, ingredients, and wine pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, using a POS system, and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to fine dining service standards (e.g., proper table setting, crumbing, plate presentation).
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation and dining area.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
• Collaborate effectively with culinary and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
