Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Food Server for the Oyster/Sushi Bar. You will greet and seat guests, provide attentive table service, answer menu questions and take beverage and food orders.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, suggesting menu items, and maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere. Applicants should know the menu and beverage items, have prior restaurant experience, and comply with grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of food, presentation, liquor and wine.
• Alcohol Awareness Card Required.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.

• Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area.
• Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, their prices, method of preparation and availability.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
