Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Set-Up team member in Reno, NV to prepare banquet and meeting spaces for events. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adhering to appearance standards.

Full-time with varied shifts, benefits included. Responsibilities include reading BEOs, learning room locations, and setting up tables and equipment, while maintaining clean stations and assisting staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Must be able to learn all Banquet room locations.
• Must be able to set up tables in assigned area correctly.
• Must be at least 18 years old and meet appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Read BEOs and set up banquet spaces accordingly.
• Learn all banquet room locations.
• Set up tables in assigned area to standard.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet stations and back halls.
• Maintain banquet service equipment.
• Perform other assignments as needed by management.

The Banquet Setup team will be responsible for setting up banquet and meeting space for all events, this position requires continual lifting and will be maintaining cleanliness of all work areas, assist banquet staff with tables, chairs & linens set-up. Full-Time position, Varied Shifts!

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or event set-up is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs ***Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair and nail colors.
