Job summary

Honeyplate is seeking an ambitious Account Sales Manager to land and grow corporate & institutional catering accounts, focused on recurring meal programs for businesses, schools and healthcare orgs.

You’ll close deals, tailor meal solutions, and build a scalable sales pipeline with a commission-based incentive: up to 20% on first orders, up to 10% residuals for 12 months, plus 5% upsell bonuses; flexible work-from-home options included.

Qualifications

• Experienced in B2B sales (food, catering, hospitality, events)
• Self-motivated and great at building rapport with decision-makers
• Organized and persistent in follow-up and pipeline management
• Passionate about food, wellness, and creating value for organizations

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close accounts for recurring corporate meal programs.
• Build lasting relationships with HR teams, admins, and school directors.
• Customize meal solutions for each client's needs.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service.
• Attend networking events, conduct tastings, and build pipeline.
