Job summary

HUNGRY Marketplace in San Francisco is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business sales and nurture client relationships. You will build rapport with decision makers, close deals, and hit monthly quotas to contribute to the revenue of the team.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, generate proposals, ensure accurate catering and delivery data, and collaborate with chefs, vendors, and marketing to grow brand presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in full-cycle catering sales in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated account sales experience including breaking into new accounts.
• Experience with prospecting leads, maintaining target lists, and high volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospective and current clients.
• Provide high-touch customer service to all prospective and current clients.
• Create proposals and enter orders with attention to detail.
• Verify catering and delivery data for accuracy.
• Enter sales activity in CRM and track goals.
• Obtain payment information prior to events and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and chefs/vendors on menus and organization.
• Support Marketing on promotional emails and materials.
• Assist Tech Team with website enhancements.
• Respond to inquiries and inbound leads promptly.
