Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years in BI, reporting, sales analysis, strategy, and PM.
• 4+ years creating data visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
• 4+ years using SQL or Python to manipulate large data sets.
• 4+ years crafting compelling data storytelling for leadership.
• 4+ years using syndicated CPG data (Nielsen/IRI/Numerator) or customer data.
• 2+ years designing and executing primary research.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing team.
• 1+ years analyzing social media data for insights.
• 1+ years developing advanced analytic models (ML/AI).

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data into compelling storylines for portfolio and channel strategy for executive leadership.
• Lead team development to identify actionable insights via market and consumer analysis.
• Develop category knowledge via Nielsen, Numerator, and customer data for competitive advantage.
• Design, execute, and analyze insights through qualitative or quantitative research.
• Translate business questions into robust research plans.
• Create dashboards and a repository of research and insights for broad access.
• Lead competitive product monitoring and provide updates to stakeholders.
