Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Category Manager to proactively develop beverage insights for the Commercial Strategy Team and top customers.

The role drives sales growth and profitability by analyzing syndicated data, applying insights, and delivering strategic recommendations. The candidate will partner with Commercial Business Managers, leverage Circana/IRI data, and navigate Walmart Market Advantage to support Bentonville’s Sales team.

Qualifications

Analytical background with a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
3–5 years of Category Management experience in a sales or business context.
Experience interacting with sales and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of internal and syndicated data, forecasting and strategy development.

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth analytics and strategic recommendations from beverage category data.
Utilize syndicated data platforms to mine insights and support opportunities.
Collaborate with Commercial Business Managers to align insights with top customers.
Communicate insights clearly across verbal, email, spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
Support Walmart relationship with knowledge of Retail Link and Circana tools.
