PepsiCo is seeking a Sales Category Management Sr Manager Designate on Commercial Insights to drive category and shopper insights for Walmart. You will analyze data from POS, Panel, and proprietary sources to shape sales strategy, assortment, and merchandising plans that affect portfolio performance.

The role requires 5+ years in Category Management or Shopper Insights, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in Category Management or Shopper/Consumer Insights in CPG.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with syndicated data (POS, Panel, loyalty) and Scintilla.

Responsibilities

• Drive category insights to grow market share and elevate customer partnerships.
• Lead opportunities in high growth snack categories and develop sell stories.
• Analyze data from POS, Panel, and other sources to guide strategy and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Walmart Pepsico Customer team and cross‑functional partners.
• Influence stakeholders with compelling presentations and visual storytelling.
