Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Commercial Advisory Manager to lead category, channel and geography‑centric analyses that inform selling stories, marketing strategies and commercial plans.

You will partner with Sales, Category Space, and RGM teams to develop insights from syndicated data and shopper data, present findings, and recommend strategies to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in a CPG company
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong presentation and communication abilities with external customers and internal partners
• Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and shopper card data

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead for the development of industry‑wide reports and scorecards of category, channel and geography‑centric performance trends for key commercial and sales constituents.
• Collaborate across disciplines and departments (Sales Team, Category Space Team, RGM) to develop information‑based presentations that assist with solving business issues, identify opportunities, and provide solutions and recommendations.
• Assess market conditions, category conditions and shopper behavior and recommend strategies to meet and exceed company performance objectives.
• Collaborate with channel and customer commercialization leads to review the impact of strategies and initiatives on overall performance at the category, channel, and geographic levels.
