Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• 7+ years in CPG/Grocery/Food, preferably in Sales or Merchandising.
• Retail or broker experience would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-category brand plans and annual marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Global Sourcing, Pricing and Vendors.
• Lead category objectives, milestones and execution of plans.
• Coordinate brand launches, promotions and in-market tests.
• Partner with buyers to optimize assortment and shelf placement.
• Monitor results and adjust strategies to meet sales goals.
• Represent Our Brand in meetings, reviews and trade events.
