Family Dollar in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking an Associate Business Manager to drive Private Brand sales, margin, and store penetration. You will oversee the execution of new item development, lead cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Quality & Regulatory, and sourcing teams to ensure timely item launches.

The Associate Business Manager will help to increase Private Brand sales, margin, and penetration in Consumables by assisting the Private Brand Business Manager with the identification of new product innovation, improved strategic supplier recommendations and identification of best-in-class retailer practices. The Associate Business Manager will own the execution of new item development process and will function as the project lead to manage new and changed items through the artwork, quality, and sourcing functions.
