Qualifications

• Must have high school or equivalent; college/technical degree is a plus.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write English; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; good multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Technical Communicator program to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Grow the Commercial Tech Services program with innovative offerings for customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Support and Training on new technologies or issues.
• Oversee implementation of the CCC program and establish diagnostic software requirements.
• Communicate with factory on key issues and visit customers to resolve issues.
