Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/out with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries via phone/email/in person.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Educate clients on policies, vaccines, and wellness plans.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and patient handoffs.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to streamline workflow.
