Job summary

USI Insurance Services seeks a senior casualty wholesale leader to drive growth, strategy, and market expansion. You will lead managers and production teams, shape financial targets, and align partnerships with brokers and carriers to optimize revenue.

This role requires 10+ years in insurance, a P&C license, and a strong track record in managing multi-P&Ls. Hybrid/in-person collaboration is expected across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance with leadership of managers and production teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• P&C license required.
• Extensive knowledge of wholesale brokerage operations, casualty markets, carrier relationships, and risk placement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy and growth targets for the practice.
• Execute market strategies, business development, and initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and develop assigned team including leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee operational aspects of the practice, including structure, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Provide management oversight and P&L responsibility for assigned profit centers.
• Develop and lead implementation of strategic business initiatives, marketing strategies, and growth campaigns.
• Partner with Programs, Brokerage, Binding, and Carrier partners to identify opportunities and maximize revenue across channels.
• Directly manage Producers and other key production leaders as assigned.
• Provide recommendations to executive leadership regarding process improvements and sales strategy.
