Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Chicago seeks a Property & Casualty Practice Leader to drive growth by leading a team of brokers, coaching and developing talent, and executing the business plan.

You will partner with recruiting, operations, and sales to recruit, train, and close new business while maintaining client relationships and marketplace positioning. Up to 10% travel; base salary ranges 210k–275k with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience.
• 3+ years leading and coaching a sales team.
• Proven track record meeting revenue targets.
• Depth in Property & Casualty knowledge.
• Executive presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop producers/brokers; help close business.
• Drive revenue and organic growth via client retention and new business.
• Recruit, hire, and train producers to meet hiring targets.
• Partner with operations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead strategic sales sessions and cross‑selling initiatives.
