Job summary

USI is seeking a Practice Leader to drive revenue growth for Select Commercial Lines and lead the Select sales producers toward ambitious sales and budget goals. You will be part of the Regional Executive Leadership Team, guiding strategy and execution.

You'll oversee recruiting, marketing collaboration, and cross-sell initiatives, while developing strong carrier relationships and ensuring robust pipelines for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Property and Casualty brokerage sales experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Learn then lead USI’s One Advantage Platform, to include Omni, Network and Enterprise components.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Select producers and staff to generate revenue and meet sales goals.
• Drive prospecting, initial appointments, and closing of new business opportunities to meet revenue growth targets.
• Partner with regional recruiting to source, screen, hire, and onboard new producers/brokers.
• Oversee marketing for placement of new Select Commercial Lines clients and manage carrier relationships.
• Foster cross-sell collaboration with other practices and lead huddle meetings for new business appointments.
