Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of Property and Casualty brokerage sales experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Insurance designations such as CIC and ARM strongly preferred.
• Proven track record for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Must be a skilled individual that is driven to motivate others to achieve sales goals.
• Possess a consultative, solutions based selling approach.
• Executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a collaborative and passionate leader with high integrity.
• Familiar with a cross-sell approach; proactive sales management and tracking; selling coverage and services as opposed to price.

Aufgaben

• Learn then lead USI's One Advantage Platform, including Omni, Network and Enterprise components.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Select producers and staff to generate revenue and meet sales goals.
• Drive behaviors to ensure Select producers meet revenue growth targets; prospect, appointment setting and closing.
• Partner with local recruiting to source, screen, hire, and onboard new producers/brokers.
• Oversee marketing for placement of new Select Commercial Lines clients and manage carrier relationships.
• Foster cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with other practices and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead huddle meetings; accompany Select producers on new business appointments.
• Coordinate with CRM Champion to facilitate prospects to Select producers and maintain robust pipelines.
