Zurich E&S is hiring an experienced UA Manager to join the Casualty Wholesale team. The position offers hybrid work with three in-office days weekly, located in Atlanta, GA or other listed locations.

You will lead a 7-10 person UA team, drive underwriting standards, provide staff development, and maintain strong broker/client relationships while aligning with underwriting leadership on strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4+ years in Insurance/Underwriting or Market Facing area.
• High School Diploma with 6+ years in Insurance/Underwriting or Market Facing area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop UA Associates (7-10 direct reports) to deliver superior broker/customer experiences.
• Assess and improve underwriting processes to meet technical standards and controls.
• Manage in-person and teleconference meetings with Underwriters and producers.
