The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years in insurance brokerage support, preferably within a wholesale or casualty-focused environment. You’ll partner with brokers on renewals, marketing, documentation, and client and market support.

Qualifikationen

• Wholesale brokerage and casualty experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Casualty brokers.
• Prepare and coordinate renewal and marketing materials and related letters.
• Maintain accurate client and account information across internal systems.
• Organize account files and transaction records for easy retrieval.
• Respond to broker requests and keep timelines and follow-ups on track.
• Support recordkeeping, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with brokerage, finance and internal teams to resolve needs.
