Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high quality care in the Excel Program. This casual night role (1900-0700) operates across Chaska, Edina, and Plymouth locations with a focus on postoperative care and family education.

Qualified candidates will be NLN-accredited RN graduates with MN/WI multi-state licensure and CPR certification. Prior post-operative/critical care experience is preferred, and a strong commitment to HIPAA and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current licensure as a RN in the State of MN or WI multi-state required.
• Two years of post-operative care or critical care nursing experience in the last 3-5 years preferred.
• Current CPR certification required or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, educational and developmental dimensions of the patient and document findings.
• Develop an individualized plan of care and collaborate with disciplines to maximize outcomes.
• Provide care and medications per plan; monitor and educate patients and families.
• Reassess and revise the plan as patient condition changes; ensure proper documentation.
