Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current RN licensure in MN or WI (multi-state preferred).
• Two years post-operative or critical care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and document findings during admission through discharge.
• Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessments and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with disciplines to maximise outcomes and post-operative flow.
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout stay.
