Job summary

Revo Health’s Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse position in Edina, MN requires delivering high-quality perioperative care across pre-op, PACU, and Phase II. The role features a 0.8 FTE schedule, four 8-hour shifts, and no weekends or on-call obligations.

You will perform pre-operative phone calls, H&P reviews, and discharge instructions, while coordinating with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current RN licensure in MN or WI (multistate) required.
• One year of PACU or critical care experience preferred within the last 5 years.
• Current membership in ASNS preferred (American Society of Post Anesthesia Nurses).
• CPR/ACLS/PALS certification required or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs across pre-op to discharge, with documentation of findings.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions and communicates results.
• Completes pre-op phone calls, H&P reviews, and admission instructions.
• Provides perioperative nursing care and education for patients and families.
• Collaborates with surgical team to ensure safe patient experiences.

Education

NLN-accredited nursing program

RN licensure in MN or WI (multistate)

1 year PACU/critical care experience

ASPN certification preferred

CPR/ACLS/PALS certification
