Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Excel Program across Chaska, Edina, and Plymouth locations. This casual night-role focuses on post-operative care, assessment, planning, implementation, and family education.

You will work with an orthopedic-focused team, follow nursing protocols, document care, and contribute to quality improvement while ensuring patient safety during the post-operative experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN in the State of MN or WI multi-state required
• Two years of post-operative care or critical care nursing experience in the last 3-5 years preferred
• Current CPR certification required or completed upon hire

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient condition and responses to nursing and/or medical interventions.
• Develop an individualized plan of care and collaborate with other disciplines to maximize outcomes.
• Provide care per the plan, including post-operative care and patient/family education.
