Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in specialized Casting Administration applications and tools.
  • Review and validate deal memos submitted by casting directors and production teams, ensuring they adhere to applicable guild regulations and the studio's internal policies.
  • Draft, review, and execute contracts for performers working on prime time, basic cable, and streaming pilots and series.
  • Ensure timely processing of documents and compliance with required deadlines.
  • Distribute, scan, file, and archive performer-related documents ensuring accurate record keeping and secure handling.
  • Prepare and process paperwork for court approval of Minors.
  • Maintain thorough logs for each episode of assigned projects to stay on top of key compliance deadlines.
  • Review post-production timesheets to ensure accuracy and flag any necessary ADR payments to production payroll.
  • Prepare and submit Taft-Hartley Reports to SAG-AFTRA for performers when required, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
  • Keep database records current with confidential details on projects, performers, and agents.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $72,000 - $96,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
