Job summary

Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada seeks a Casitas and VIP Guest Services Manager to lead the luxury Casitas operation and VIP guest journey. You will work closely with resort leadership and supervise the Casitas Butler team to deliver bespoke stays and proactive pre-arrival planning.

The role requires a track record in luxury hospitality, strong service standards, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Casitas at Cheeca Lodge.
• Maintain quality and consistency of Casitas room product and standards.
• Recruit, train, manage and retain Casita Butler team members.
• Ensure VIP guest stays are well communicated and prepared for.
• Foster positive relations with guests and team members.
• Perform Casitas leadership duties as needed and support Front Office leadership.
