Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa is seeking a Software Support Specialist to assist across multiple hospitality software systems, including InfoGenesis, OPERA and IGT Advantage. You will troubleshoot, customize, and coordinate training while liaising with software vendors and business leaders.

You will work with the Director of Central IT to track work orders, perform software maintenance, and ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs in a busy casino environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have knowledge of industry software including InfoGenesis, OPERA, Berg Systems, Boom 4 Time, WSS Web Booking, HMS, IGT Advantage Patron Management, Crystal Reports and EZ-Pay.
• 3+ years hospitality-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide troubleshooting and customization support for software used at the casino.
• Serve as liaison between software vendors and business units.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
• Update Director of Central IT and Helpdesk on work orders status.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and tribal regulations.
