Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa is seeking a Slot Technician Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of slot equipment, printers and tracking systems. You will train entry level technicians, schedule staffing, and ensure safety and compliance with internal controls.

Strong electronics knowledge and supervisory experience are required. The role demands reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and communicating in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; electronics degree preferred.
• 2 years of electronics/slot field experience or training.
• Ability to lead and instruct others with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervises routine installation, movement and removal of slot machines.
• Oversees replacement of chips, boards, currency/coin acceptors, hoppers.
• Performs diagnostics and repair on slot machines and tracking systems.
• Schedules staff to maintain service levels and control costs.
• Develops staff training and conducts employee evaluations.
• Keeps daily logs and inventory records; reports anomalies to director.
