Job summary

The Queen Baton Rouge is seeking a surveillance professional to maintain a professional demeanor while monitoring guests and staff. You will observe multiple areas including casino floors and restaurants, report any criminal activity or policy violations, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of surveillance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have professional demeanor and presence with guests and team members.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• One to two years of surveillance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all guests and team members at all times.
• Observe activities in all monitored areas (casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, back of house).
• Monitor activity for criminal activity and violations of regulations and company policies.
• Record activities and report observations to company and regulatory officials.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data.
• Complete government reporting as required.
• Adhere to policies and empower others to do the same.
