Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee team members and protect casino assets through CCTV monitoring. Responsibilities include observing activities, ensuring safety, reporting incidents, and coordinating with management.

Applicant must have extensive casino surveillance experience, be 21+, and able to obtain state licensure as required. The role requires collaboration across departments and staff training responsibilities within a live casino environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 years or older.
Minimum of four (4) years casino surveillance experience with at least two (2) years in a Supervisory role.
Exposure to alcohol and smoking environments.
Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable entity.

Responsibilities

Observe guest and team activity on casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via CCTV for violations and policy breaches.
Monitor casino areas for safety hazards to protect guests and employees.
Operate monitor room equipment.
Prepare and file required reports and documentation.
Supervise surveillance team procedures to protect assets and internal controls.
Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all table games and departmental activities.
Report violations and suspicious activity to management.
Review actions and processes with Surveillance Management.
Meet with departmental leadership as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
