Job summary

Bally's Baton Rouge is seeking a surveillance professional to monitor guest and team activity, maintain discretion, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will observe areas including casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house, recording observations and reporting to management. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–2 years of surveillance experience encouraged. Flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
• One to two years of surveillance experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Observe all guest and team member activities in cited areas including casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
• Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Louisiana Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
• Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission officials.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
• Track and complete all government reporting.
• Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
