Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Steward Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen stewarding operations and support banquet functions. You will supervise 12-20 staff, train personnel, and ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.

The role requires a year of supervisor experience in a large restaurant or hotel, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to learn MSDS procedures. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year as Steward supervisor in a large restaurant or hotel with banquet function experience.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of college preferred. Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
• Manage assigned staff throughout daily operations.
• Insure adherence and enforcement of all safety and sanitation policies.
• Train staff and maintain all MSDS sheets.
• Setup all banquet equipment as assigned and attend all BEO meetings.
• Maintain dish machines and manage cleaning and de-liming schedules.
• Insure all Steward areas are maintained to standards.
• Daily interaction with all departmental managers providing support when required.
